  • To join the waitlist for a specific home or layout, apply today! Approved applicants are waitlisted and contacted as soon as the home is ready on a first come first serve basis.
  • Only one application is needed per person even if applying for multiple units. All members of the household must be listed on the application. Email the office your name and desired units if you are interested in more than one.
